Returns and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from when you received your items. If your purchased item is faulty we will happily provide a refund or substitute within 10 days of receiving your item. The shipping cost of returning your item to us is at your own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are excluded from being returned or refunded.
